I updated my agreement yesterday using this Contract Killer, version 3 by Andy Clarke. Its free to use, and I think it’s great. There are some good improvements in version 3. Added some pieces for browser and mobile testing, and also cleaned up some other sections.
I use the word “agreement” instead of “contract”. It’s a better word. I could technically choose to call it either contract or agreement, but agreement is the better choice. Promise.
