If a client asks me to do some random item of support (fixing something they broke, adding something new, etc.), should I just charge hourly or should I charge a flat rate?

Thanks Freelance Folder. Definitely provided some good info for me. I decided I’d charge a flat fee, or at least a minimum (so if it takes me 15 minutes, I will at least charge for 30 mins or an hour of work).
